      On Wednesday, Kyle Busch was working on a Chevrolet simulator in Concord when he lost consciousness and was taken to a hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. This was reported to the Associated Press by sources familiar with the situation on condition of anonymity. The driver's family and team are not disclosing any details related to the tragedy.
