Some people will always associate a black Toyota pickup with the T100 from Back to the Future—it's ingrained in their memory. However, new Toyota Tacomas are rare, leading to limited cosplay opportunities. The fourth generation of the Tacoma has been out for a few years, but Berge Toyota in Arizona has just created a lifted version in all black, featuring an ARB bed bar and yellow KC Daylighters to evoke some nostalgia.

The modifications I mentioned earlier are the most noticeable, but they're not the only upgrades. A compact C4 steel bumper improves the approach angle for off-road driving, while Icon’s Stage 4 suspension should facilitate easy navigation over obstacles. Additionally, this vehicle is equipped with 35-inch Mickey Thompson Baja Legend MTZ tires mounted on Method wheels, enhancing its capability. Berge Toyota believes it's more adept than a TRD Pro.

This pickup lacks the TRD Pro’s hybrid powertrain and IsoDynamic air shock seats for high-speed desert excursions. Instead, it features standard TRD seats with yellow stitching—a nice detail that complements the truck. Even the TRD logo is accented in yellow.

@bergetoyota 🔥 This 2026 Tacoma TRD Off-Road build is NEXT LEVEL 👀💨 Icon Stage 4 suspension, KC lights, C4 bumper, Method wheels, Mickey Thompson tires, custom Katzkin interior, and much more 🔥🚘 This truck is designed to excel both on and off the road.       Since this Tacoma is a gas-only model, its 2.4-liter turbo-four engine produces 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. It’s paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission instead of the six-speed manual—unfortunately. However, it features impressive four-wheel drive capabilities such as a disconnecting sway bar, Crawl Control, and Multi-Terrain Select thanks to the TRD Off-Road package.

Naturally, the price isn't low. The original window sticker displays an MSRP of $45,994, and the dealer add-ons come to $21,894. In total, this makes the price $67,888. (Think that’s a coincidence? Not likely.)

These images are from the dealer's website, but they don’t capture the yellow exterior details. Rest assured, they have been added now. Berge Toyota

If you're interested in purchasing it, you'll need to plan a visit to Mesa, Arizona, or have it shipped. Who knows—maybe they’ll deliver it to you while towing a DeLorean on a trailer… though that seems unlikely.

A raised black Toyota featuring a bed rack and KC fog lights? Seriously, that's an obvious choice.
