Formula 1 has extended its contract with Vegas for another 10 years.
The Las Vegas stage does not have its own promoter; the organization is handled by Formula 1 itself, through contractors hired by Liberty Media. The place of this stage in the calendar was guaranteed; nevertheless, Formula 1 announced a contract extension for another 10 years – until 2037 inclusive.
Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1: "We are pleased that Formula 1 races will be held in Las Vegas for many more years. We have always believed that this stage would become a cornerstone of our presence in the USA, and the contract extension, along with the successes of recent years, confirms our long-term commitment to this important market."
