      In the FIA, a penalty points system is used for the super license to reduce the number of violations, but in 2026, the penalty policy was significantly softened, so the first penalty point was assigned only in June – Franco Colapinto received it for not slowing down enough in the yellow flag zone during the race in Barcelona. The leader in penalty points remains Oliver Berman, but their number decreases with each Grand Prix. Currently, only 11 drivers have penalty points.
