In Austria, the Racing Bulls team intends to fight for points.

Alan Permain, head of Racing Bulls, spoke about the team's preparation for the Austrian Grand Prix, one of its home races of the season, emphasizing that Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad will try to earn points at the Red Bull Ring.

Alan Permain: "We are looking forward to the Austrian Grand Prix, as it can be considered a home race for our team, and everyone in this area welcomes us warmly. Of course, the goal is to continue the streak of successful performances, as we managed to earn points with both cars in the last two races.

Right now, we also have a very competitive mindset. Thanks to the latest technical innovations, the VCARB 03 has performed well on various types of tracks, and we head to Austria with confidence that we can aim for points there as well, but for that, we need to act effectively and correctly throughout the weekend.

The Red Bull Ring is located in a natural basin in the Styrian mountains, and the lap length is only 4.3 km, but it offers quite a bit of interest. The lap begins with three straight sections separated by two slow right turns, where the track goes uphill. The middle and final sectors are a combination of medium-speed and fast turns.

To make the car fast on this track, effective brakes and good grip of the driving wheels on corner exits are needed, combined with stability on entry, and in the last two right turns, it's important for the front wheels to maintain good contact with the track.

Pirelli tire manufacturers are preparing three of the softest compounds for this race, and since the forecast promises hot and sunny weather, we expect the asphalt temperature to be very high. Accordingly, the priority task is to conduct quality preparation for the race on Friday."
