Norris is deeply impressed by his wax figure.
The reigning Formula 1 world champion Lando Norris saw his own wax figure for the first time at Madame Tussauds in London. The work on the figure took the museum specialists over a year – Lando came in for measurements back in March 2025.
The McLaren driver was left very impressed by what he saw. Lando said he was "scared" when he first saw his wax replica.
Lando Norris: "Seeing the finished figure and standing next to it is quite surreal. It really is like looking at another version of myself. I'm used to seeing myself in photos, videos, or reflections, but here it’s literally me in 3D.
The artists worked very accurately on the details, and everything looks incredibly realistic. I also wanted to donate one of my racing suits so that fans could see up close the outfit I actually compete in, making the figure even more 'alive.'
I can't wait for everyone to see this figure this summer in London. I hope everyone enjoys visiting the museum."
In addition to Lando Norris, the Madame Tussauds museum features wax figures of Lewis Hamilton, Cristiano Ronaldo, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappé, and other world-famous athletes.
