Norris' Quadrant project reaches new heights.

"I have a very good team surrounding me to assist me."

Lando Norris indicates that he stays actively engaged with his rapidly developing Quadrant brand, although he allows his team to handle most of the daily operations. Since its launch in 2020, the McLaren driver's gaming, lifestyle, and clothing company has seen swift growth, featuring sold-out pop-up stores, significant clothing collaborations, and an expanding online following.

As reported by The Sun, Quadrant has also welcomed fellow Formula 1 drivers Carlos Sainz, Oliver Bearman, and Gabriel Bortoleto as collaborators, with Norris' Landostand at Silverstone increasing to over 16,000 seats this year. Last year, Adrian Newey's Veloce Media Group gained a majority stake in Quadrant through a seven-figure investment, with Norris remaining the second-largest shareholder. The shareholder group of Quadrant includes McLaren CEO Zak Brown and Veloce investors like Adrian Newey.

When asked at Silverstone about his level of involvement with the brand, Norris humorously stated, "Yeah, I run the whole thing! I do it all - manufacturing, design, social and driving." He added, "I have a very good team around me to assist me with all of these tasks. Just three or four years ago, I didn’t really have a brand.

"Now we do. That’s something I’ve always been very excited about and looked forward to creating." Norris shared that the growth has surpassed even his own expectations. "With the Landostand from last year, I think it’s nearly doubled compared to last year," he mentioned. "I have a very good team around me that supports me in all of these matters.

"I'm skilled at the driving aspect, and that’s really about it. I delegate the rest to them. However, I remain involved in terms of designs, concepts, storytelling, and understanding what the fans truly want at the end of the day. It’s still me at the core.

"You need to convey my personality and style through a range that people can appreciate, particularly my fans and supporters."
