Norris' Quadrant project reaches new peaks.

"I have an excellent team supporting me."

Lando Norris has stated that he is still actively engaged with his rapidly expanding Quadrant brand, even though he entrusts most of the daily operations to his team. Since its launch in 2020, the McLaren driver's gaming, lifestyle, and clothing company has experienced significant growth, featuring successful pop-up stores, major clothing partnerships, and an increasing online following.

As reported by The Sun, Quadrant has also enlisted fellow Formula 1 drivers Carlos Sainz, Oliver Bearman, and Gabriel Bortoleto as partners, and Norris’ Landostand at Silverstone has grown to over 16,000 seats this year. Last year, the Veloce Media Group, backed by Adrian Newey, secured a majority stake in Quadrant through a seven-figure investment, while Norris remains the second-largest shareholder. The shareholder group of Quadrant also includes McLaren's CEO Zak Brown and Veloce investors like Adrian Newey.

When asked about his level of involvement with the brand at Silverstone, Norris humorously remarked: "Yeah, I run the whole thing! I do it all – manufacturing, design, social media, and driving." He then continued: "I have an excellent team supporting me in these areas. Just three or four years ago, I didn’t have a brand. Now we do. That’s something I’ve always looked forward to creating and have been very excited about."

Norris acknowledged that the growth has surpassed even his own expectations. "From the Landostand last year, I think it’s nearly doubled what it was," he shared. "I have a fantastic team around me that supports me in all of these endeavors. I excel at the driving aspect, and that’s pretty much it; I leave everything else to them."

However, he emphasized that he remains involved in terms of designs, concepts, storytelling, and understanding fans' desires. "It's still me at the end of the day. You need to convey my personality and my colors through a range that both my supporters and fans can appreciate."
