Gwen Lagree led the Red Bull youth program.

      Red Bull Racing has announced the appointment of Gwen Lagrue as the head of the Red Bull Junior program. In this role, Gwen will report directly to team principal Laurent Mekies and will join the management group in 2027 as part of the reorganization of Red Bull Racing with an eye on the future. Gwen, who is considered one of the leading talent development specialists in Formula 1, will be responsible for leading Red Bull Junior, overseeing the search, development, and promotion of a new generation of talent.
