Ocon attended the premiere of the new Spider-Man movie.
Haas driver Esteban Ocon was a guest at the premiere of the film "Spider-Man: A New Day" at the Odeon Luxe cinema in Leicester Square, London.
The Frenchman's visit to the premiere was part of an official collaboration with the creators of the franchise. Previously, at the races in Belgium and Hungary, Ocon had worn a helmet with a special design styled after Spider-Man's costume.
On the red carpet, the driver appeared with his companion Flavie Barla. The global release of the film starts on July 31, and this unusual helmet design was timed to coincide with that event.
In front of photographers, Esteban posed with the very helmet in his hands. A total of three copies were made, one of which he promised to gift to the lead actor Tom Holland.
At the event, Ocon interacted with many Hollywood stars, including Zendaya, Florence Pugh, and Marisa Tomei. Holland also filmed a short promo video with him, in which the Haas driver first showed the actor the superhero-themed helmet design.
Commenting on the event on social media, Esteban wrote: "The evening was awesome."
