      Toto Wolff: “I always try to meet my expectations. And I am completely impervious to others' opinions, although if my wife or colleagues tell me that I haven't been good enough, I take it seriously and try to improve.

      Every year, I was expected to work at the limit of my abilities and win. Ultimately, that's why we are here: to win races and titles. Sometimes the car wasn't good enough to outpace those who were leading – Red Bull or McLaren, and when the maximum result was second or third place, that’s what we achieved, except for one year.

      If in 20-30 years you look back at this period and check the statistics, you will see first place, first, first, first, first, first, third, second, fourth, second place. So it's not a disaster at all.

      This year we built a car capable of winning races and titles again. From this perspective, the result meets expectations, but we haven't won the title yet.

      Does this mean we are stronger than everyone else again? The next five or ten years will show that. That's the period I'm currently focusing on.”
