Lando Norris presented the team and the youth program.
World Champion of 2025 Lando Norris has initiated the creation and co-ownership of a youth racing team and young driver development program.
Norris has teamed up with Fusion Motorsport and an investment group led by Dan Richards. Former Prema manager René Rosin will lead the European racing activities, while former Prema technical director Guillaume Capietto will become the racing director. The team will be based in Veneto, Italy.
The team, named LN4 Fusion, will compete in several European championships starting in 2027 – in Italian and European Formula 4, in Formula 3, and will aim for a spot in Formula 2.
In addition to the team, Norris announced the establishment of the LN4 Legacy program, which will provide full financial support to selected young drivers. Participants in the program will undergo a complete training course in racing skills.
Lando Norris: “From my experience, I know that getting into Formula 1 requires much more than just talent. You need the right people around you, the right support, and the right opportunities at the right time. That’s what my two projects are aimed at.
LN4 Fusion is a team that will be able to compete with the best in youth motorsport, with great people and an excellent environment for development. The LN4 Legacy program is designed to help talented young drivers gain opportunities that they otherwise wouldn’t have.
For me, this is a natural combination. I want to help create opportunities for the next generation, both on and off the track, and make a real contribution to the development of young drivers coming into this sport.”
