Villa by Lake Como, where James Bond confronted Mr. White in 'Casino Royale,' is now on the market.

      You can attempt to dress up as your favorite superhero, but regrettably, you won’t be able to possess their superpowers—except for Batman, perhaps, since he’s merely a wealthy, vengeful orphan. However, for everyone’s beloved spy, 007, you can cosplay to your heart’s content, but it will come with a hefty price tag.

      If you already have the Aston Martin parked in your garage and the Omega watch on your wrist, you can now move into that legendary villa where Her Majesty’s most renowned agent delivers the iconic line: “The name’s Bond, James Bond.”

      Provided by Sotheby’s Italy, the listing features one of five luxurious apartments located within the stunning villa on Lake Como, situated near Milan. The two-level unit covers 121 square meters, or approximately 1,300 square feet, and includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. As highlighted in the video above by Lake Como Wonders, owners also have access to expansive grounds, a shared pool, a private beach, two parking spaces, and a private dock and boathouse.

      Constructed in 1929 in a Neo-Medieval style, the villa has reportedly appeared in numerous Italian films before achieving fame as a Bond location. It also featured the unfortunate Mr. White, who drives a beautiful Jaguar XJR in the film and was shot in the leg at close range. As a side note: Mr. White doesn’t technically die in the film but is severely injured, so perhaps he’s still crawling around the villa's basement. If you buy it, let me know if he’s still there.

      Like most prominent properties around Lago di Como, the price hasn’t been disclosed right away. Notable villas in the region typically range from 10 million to 15 million euros, but since this is an apartment within the property, it's likely priced between 3 and 6 million euros—plus or minus for the Hollywood markup.
