      Lando Norris started from pole in the last two Grands Prix and won both races, but McLaren team principal Andrea Stella warns against high expectations in Monza.

      Andrea Stella: "Our approach is to focus on each race individually. There is little you can influence, other than to make the most of the car's capabilities in the next race, and this race will take place in Monza, where the car requirements are quite different than in Budapest or Zandvoort.

      We will do everything we can, but we don't know what the competitive landscape will be like this weekend. I can only say that if we are competitive in Monza as well, we can look forward to the remaining races of the season with some optimism."
