Peres is working on creating a youth program.

      Before the Italian Grand Prix, Lando Norris announced the creation of his own team, LN4 Fusion, which aims to help young talented drivers make the transition from junior series to Formula 1. In particular, next year the team will compete in Formula 3 and plans to participate in Formula 2 after acquiring certain assets from AIX Racing.

      At Monza, Cadillac driver Sergio Perez mentioned that he also plans to create his own youth program to support aspiring drivers.

      Sergio Perez: "I believe Lando has done a great thing. This is really a very good project, so I congratulate him. At some point in my career, I would like to do something similar.

      My manager Khalil [Beshir] and I are currently preparing something for the near future and will be able to share more about it in the next few months. We are working on our own project because we want to contribute to the development of the sport and help the younger generation of drivers.

      I would prefer not to disclose who else will be involved in this project yet, but without Carlos Slim, I wouldn't be here. I am very lucky that he noticed me and supported me. At that time, it was already very difficult for me to find the necessary financial backing.

      Even European drivers are now talking a lot about how hard it is to find the necessary budget, and for me, it was very tough back then. I always say that Latin American drivers have it even harder due to the situation in our region. But now the sport is becoming more popular in our country, so we are gradually finding more Mexican drivers. That's good. I hope that soon we will have candidates for places in Formula 1.

      At the same time, our team will not only focus on Mexican talents; we are ready to consider drivers from all over the world. We will mainly concentrate on young pilots. All of this will start soon, and we want to be very thorough in our selection, as well as use all our experience."
