      Red Bull boss Laurent Mekies has practically confirmed that Isack Hadjar is now unlikely to compete in next weekend's Madrid GP. L’Equipe had already mentioned that the injured Frenchman was anticipated to miss a third consecutive race after sitting out Zandvoort and Monza. In an interview with Canal Plus, Mekies refrained from completely dismissing the possibility of Madrid, but acknowledged that the recovery time is likely too short for Hadjar’s healing wrist.
