We are not a factory team, but our basis is cooperation with Ferrari, and now it is complemented by a technical partnership with Toyota. We have everything we need to make serious progress, and I'm not just talking about 2025, but the future. Pressure from partners? We put pressure on ourselves. I don't need anyone to tell me how and what to do. I know that I have to strive for the maximum. Every day I think about how we can add more, how to anticipate and prevent mistakes, how to make the next step. Strong partners don't add pressure, but they increase our opportunities, which is very important. Does the appearance of a new Cadillac team in the championship worry me? My philosophy remains the same - I shouldn't worry about what I can't control. You have to focus on what you have control over, which is this team. That's what I'm focused on."
