He will bring a lot of experience, a lot of motivation, maybe some engineers will come to Ferrari from other teams to work with him. Engineers like to work with a guy who has been champion seven times. If he succeeds and wins another title, it will be the biggest event in Formula 1 history. It doesn't really matter if he is faster than Leclair or not, what matters is whether he will earn Ferrari enough points for another title. Lewis will be a motivator, which is positive for Ferrari.
