Abby Pulling is no longer working with Alpine F1

British racing driver Abby Pulling, the current champion of the Formula 1 Academy, after three years of cooperation with Alpine F1, decided to leave the Renault factory team, where she studied at her racing academy. This year, she will compete for Rodin Motorsports in the GB3 National Youth Series.

In 2024, she dominated the Formula 1 Academy women's series, but she will not defend her title - instead, she is preparing to make her debut in another championship, where she will compete alongside men. She already has such experience, including last season she became the first woman to win in British Formula 4.

"I am pleased to continue my relationship with Rodin Cars and become an ambassador for this brand," Sky Sports quotes Abby as saying. "Together we have already achieved success in British Formula 4 and F1 Academy, and now I am looking forward to the next stage of our cooperation, as I move to the GB3 series, where I will also compete for this team.

After our season at the F1 Academy, which ended with winning the title, and after lengthy discussions, I decided not to renew my contract with the Alpine F1 Team. I would like to thank everyone in this team, as well as its partners and sponsors, for their support. I met wonderful people and I will keep the memories of it for the rest of my life."

The Alpine team, in turn, wished Abby every success and promised to closely monitor her progress.
