Stella: It was impossible to overtake today

      Andrea Stella: "The result of the race was largely determined in qualifying. There were no events in the race, we finished in the same positions we started from. It is important that Lando and Oscar have earned a lot of points by climbing the podium, but the rivals are not so far behind, and some are even ahead.

      We tried to compete for the position using strategy, but we saw that staying on the track would be no faster than making a pit stop. We saw this with George Russell from Mercedes, who was fast on the hard tyres after the pit stop. To attack an opponent, you need to have an advantage of about eight tenths on a lap, but once you get behind another car, you get into a disturbed airflow and the car immediately loses efficiency. It was impossible to overtake today."
