Former Formula 1, FIA WEC, Super Formula, Super GT driver and Formula E steward Vitantonio Liuzzi has been invited by the FIA to serve as the third steward of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Together with him, Harry Connelly, a representative of the Australian Institute of Motorsport Safety and a member of the FIA World Council, as well as Mathieu Remmery, who works as a steward at Formula 2, Formula 3 and Formula E races, will sort out controversial issues.
In 2025, the invited stewards were: Enrique Bernoldi in Australia and Pedro Lamy in China and Japan.
