Esteban Ocon (14th): "I want to apologize to the team. I messed up everything myself today. I think we could have done a decent qualifying, but I made a mistake, which I usually don't do in qualifying, I stepped on the gas too hard in the second corner and flew off the track.
I'm disappointed with my performance today. The team will have to rebuild the car, but I know they will do a great job and I will start the race tomorrow."
Oliver Berman (20th): "We couldn't do a clean lap. I struggled with the front axle lock all weekend, and the problem came up again in qualifying. It's difficult to gain confidence with such problems, and unfortunately I couldn't do a good lap.
On Friday, in the second practice session, the car looked good, but as I tried to get more speed out of it, it got worse. When you don't have confidence in the car, you can't put in a good time, which is annoying, but we'll see what happens in the race."
