Charles Leclair: McLaren is one step ahead of the rest
Charles Leclair clocked fourth in the second practice session in Jeddah, almost five tenths behind the session leader Lando Norris. His teammate Lewis Hamilton was more than a second behind Norris. Nevertheless, the Ferrari drivers are not losing their optimism and expect to improve in qualifying.
Charles Leclair (4th): "We are a little short of pace compared to the cars ahead of us today. But if we can put all the ingredients together on Saturday, we'll be closer in qualifying.
It seems that the gaps between us and the other teams are minimal, but McLaren is one step ahead of the rest. We are focused on our own tasks, so let's see what we can achieve from the car on Saturday."
Lewis Hamilton (13th): "A difficult day. We're still looking for the optimal balance between the front and rear axles, so I'm a little bit lacking in lap stability.
We have a lot of work to do tonight, but everyone in the team is fully focused, and we will continue to make efforts to make progress in those areas where it is needed."
