According to Racingnews365, the reason for Wolff's absence at the upcoming stage is family – Toto will be in the United States this weekend for his eldest son's graduation.
In Imola, team press officer Bradley Lord will take over some of Wolff's regular duties, as he did during the third stage of this season in Suzuka.
