Last fall, Ferrari announced plans to launch the F80 model in 2025, the most powerful production sports car ever built in Maranello.
The car's characteristics are really impressive: its hybrid powerplant, based on a 3-liter V6 engine with two turbines, develops about 1,200 hp. The creation of this car is timed to coincide with the upcoming 80th anniversary of the Ferrari brand, which will be celebrated in 2027, and by this date it is expected to release the latest F80 sports car, and in total in a limited edition There will be 799 cars in the series.
In one of the very first examples, Charles Leclair and Lewis Hamilton have just driven around the factory test track in Fiorano and had a lot of fun.
First, Charles got behind the wheel and gave a ride to his partner, who mostly expressed his impressions in the passenger seat with enthusiastic interjections, after which he said that he would definitely order such a car for himself.
Then they switched places, which Leclair immediately regretted.
"I can't stand being your passenger! I even had a headache!" he exclaimed, and it's understandable because Lewis was driving really hard. Hamilton just laughed and accelerated, after which he said, "This is the fastest road sports car I've ever driven!"
When they returned to the pits, Charles complained, "I tried to ride him carefully, but he immediately took off at full speed!"
And they both agreed that they had never driven a production sports car that could hold the track and take turns so well. Leclair admitted that he was already waiting for such a car, ordered in advance, and it would be black.
