      George Russell: "I think the result in Canada was rather an exception to the rule. I started from pole position in Montreal last year and should have won the race. It didn't work out then, it has now, but this weekend we will have another race in different conditions.

      Our car shows excellent results when the tires do not overheat, that is, on tracks with slow turns, smooth asphalt and in cool weather. But in Spielberg, the conditions are rather the opposite – it's a fast track, it's going to be a hot weekend, and our car won't be as good here.

      Red Bull protest in Canada. I think teams should charge a higher deposit for filing protests than they do now. 2000 euros doesn't mean anything. If it was a six-figure sum, they would have thought twice.

      The deposit is refunded when you win the protest, otherwise you just lose the money. In that situation, it was quite clear that there would be no fine. Personally, I think they wanted to attack first in case Max got fined for overtaking me behind the safety car."
