After changing the power unit, Lewis Hamilton will start at Spa from the pit lane and hopes to score points...
Lewis Hamilton: "The mood is not bad, as today is a new day, although it's clear that the weekend hasn't been going our way so far. But today there's a chance to change that. The weather forecast is unpredictable, and I hope it rains again.
My Ferrari has had its engine replaced, so I’m starting from the pit lane, and some other teams have done the same, so myself and a few other drivers will start from the pit lane, putting us at the back of the pack. Of course, this isn’t an ideal situation, but I expect it will be fun regardless.
How everything will turn out, I don't know. If a miracle happens, that would be great, but I think the most important thing is to enjoy it. I'm grateful to all the fans who came to the circuit – at this Grand Prix, we always feel the strong support of the crowd. Overall, I hope Sunday will be more successful than the previous days of the weekend."
