Oliver Berman: We managed to improve between sessions

      Haas F1 are not entirely satisfied with Friday's outcome in Monza, although they managed to make gains over the course of the day…

      Oliver Bearman (14th): "In the first practice I had serious handling issues, especially in the slow corners, but between sessions we managed to improve and I felt more confident. We'll try to take a few more steps before the race. I struggled a bit with the car's balance in the Parabolica, where we were losing the most time. It seems we lack straight-line speed, and I don't know what we can do about that, but we'll work all night to figure out how to gain pace."

      Esteban Ocon (16th): "It's interesting to be back in Monza – it's a special circuit with a lot of unique characteristics. Between the sessions we were able to improve; tomorrow we need to make much more progress to reach the required speed, but we're heading in that direction. We improved the balance and the feel of the car, we know which direction to work in – from now on it's up to us."
