      Nico Hülkenberg (8th): "A normal Friday, without any problems. We focused on carrying out our programme, gathering data on the car, aerodynamics and tyres. We made good progress between sessions, and our aim is to build on that success over the course of the weekend."

      Gabriel Bortoleto (12th): "Driving in Monza is always interesting, I'm happy with how the first day went. Overall, it was a positive and productive day: we did several runs, worked on the balance and made some adjustments.

      Tomorrow we'll continue work in the third practice, and then we'll be fighting in qualifying. Thanks to the team for their work – we keep moving forward."
