McLaren drivers addressed the team in Woking.

The day before, at their Woking base, the McLaren team celebrated their second consecutive victory in the Constructors' Championship. McLaren leaders and both drivers, Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, addressed the large gathering.

Lando thanked the team for the MCL39, which has already allowed them to win twelve races this season.

"I feel incredible emotions about the fact that we have achieved this result again," said Lando Norris. "Becoming champions for the second time in a row is just as great as the first time. The team has provided us with an incredible, dominant car that was a pleasure to drive every weekend. Today's celebration with everyone brings a smile to my face, and I will remember this moment forever."

With six races remaining in the season, the fight for the drivers' title continues. Max Verstappen is gradually closing the gap on the two McLaren drivers, and Oscar Piastri gently reminded the team that the job is not done yet.

"The results we've achieved over the past few seasons are impressive," said Oscar Piastri. "We have come a long way together, and the fact that we are experiencing one of the most dominant seasons in Formula 1 history is incredible. I'm grateful to be able to celebrate this event with everyone in Woking. Consistently fighting at the front in Formula 1 is a real honour, and that has only been possible thanks to the contribution of every team member. There is still a quarter of the season to go, and from my side this is a gentle reminder that there are still many races to be run. I look forward to them, and I'm curious to see what results we'll achieve in the final six rounds of the season."
