On Friday in Austin, an element of Yuki Tsunoda’s power unit was replaced on his car. Red Bull Racing mechanics fitted the Japanese driver’s car with a new, eighth exhaust system. The replacement was within the permitted limits, so Yuki Tsunoda was not penalized.
