As a result, the Kanavinsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod granted the petition, restored the appeal deadline, and decided to replace the monetary penalty with a warning. “We are glad that we were able to help the entrepreneur avoid serious financial consequences caused by a bureaucratic delay. This case demonstrates the importance of timely intervention by the business ombudsman in protecting the lawful interests of entrepreneurs,” Pavel Solodky said.
