Nizhny Novgorod business ombudsman Pavel Solodky helped a local clothing manufacturer avoid a large fine. Thanks to his intervention, an administrative penalty of 250,000 rubles was replaced with a warning. The regional business ombudsman’s press service reported on the case.
The situation arose after the microenterprise was held liable for the late submission of environmental reports to Rosprirodnadzor’s Interregional Department. However, the fine notice arrived at the organization late — two months after it had been issued.
Upon learning of the sanction, the company’s representatives turned to the business ombudsman for help. Pavel Solodky promptly prepared a complaint and a petition to restore the missed appeal deadline. Subsequently, the ombudsman’s representative personally took part in the court hearings, defending the entrepreneur’s interests.
As a result, the Kanavinsky District Court of Nizhny Novgorod granted the petition, restored the appeal deadline, and decided to replace the monetary penalty with a warning.
“We are glad that we were able to help the entrepreneur avoid serious financial consequences caused by a bureaucratic delay. This case demonstrates the importance of timely intervention by the business ombudsman in protecting the lawful interests of entrepreneurs,” Pavel Solodky said.
Earlier reports stated that Pavel Solodky helped restore the rights of 70 Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs.

Leo Turrini, as always, commented in his own way on the ambiguous outcome for the Scuderia at the Mexican round of the season, in which not only Charles Leclerc but also Oliver Bearman, a recent graduate of the Ferrari Driver Academy, stood out.

If you like, it even looked like a provocation. Well, almost…

Oliver Bearman was brilliant, while Lewis Hamilton, as usual, ended up off the podium. Though Bearman, of course, deserves congratulations.

But, to be honest, I think the stewards gave Lewis too harsh a penalty, even if he did make a mistake.

Charles Leclerc climbed onto the podium for the 50th time – on Sunday in Mexico he did everything he could, but the best Ferrari could manage was second place.

Lando Norris in the McLaren was untouchable by his rivals, that's a fact. He got the chance to shine and took it, seizing the championship lead from Oscar Piastri, who seems to have become a victim of his own early success.

That said, one must be cautious in making predictions, because Max Verstappen is a tough guy and has no intention of giving up. There are still four Grands Prix and two sprints to go, and mathematically the four-time world champion still has fairly decent chances.

After all, it all comes down to how effectively each driver manages to get to grips with his car.

In my view, you could say that Bearman even performed better than Leclerc, and that's great. Oliver ran a superb race from start to finish, and this 20-year-old driver is a graduate of Ferrari's Driver Academy. And here we must return once again to a sore subject.

I'm talking about Hamilton. Because of the penalty he fell well behind the leading group. He was punished for his own mistake – Frédéric Vasseur himself acknowledged that. Perhaps Lewis was irritated; he didn't like how Leclerc reacted to his attempt to pass his teammate at the start.

In any case, yesterday's result again disappointed him, and behind the wheel of a Ferrari he has yet to finish on the podium in any Grand Prix. I suppose this issue will have to be revisited in 2026.

I'm also ready to include Kimi Antonelli among the heroes of the race. He showed mental resilience, quite rightly demanding that George Russell (who, it seems, was getting overly anxious) give the position back to him. The youngster from Bologna is showing an example of competitiveness, and that can be seen as a good omen for the future.
