Hülkenberg: The whole fight is still ahead.

Nico Hülkenberg scored points for Sauber in Brazil, while Gabriel Bortoleto was involved in crashes in both the sprint and the main race…

Nico Hülkenberg (9th): “Overall, the race went pretty well. On the first lap I lost a few positions and got stuck behind Albon in the opening stint, which made things harder, but I was able to extend the stint on Soft tires and execute a one-stop strategy. Two points is a decent result, but some rivals performed better. The whole fight is still ahead — the gaps are very tight, and now, with only three races left in the season, each one matters.”

Gabriel Bortoleto (retired): “This was my first home Grand Prix, and it was very tough. I was hoping for a good result in front of my family and fans, but I couldn’t complete a single lap in the race. I had a good start, gained a position and was preparing for the next move when I collided with Stroll. It was a typical first-lap incident that sometimes happens. The support from our fans this weekend was incredible. Even in the difficult moments they kept caring and chanting my name. That support means a lot to me. I’m proud of them and hope I can give them a reason to celebrate soon.”
