Verstappen: Suzuka is one of my favorite tracks

Max Verstappen has four consecutive victories in Suzuka, but this year he is heading to Japan not as the favorite...

Max Verstappen: "The first two races were tougher than we would have liked, in China I couldn't even finish due to cooling issues with the ERS. We have a lot to do to get back in the fight, but I fully trust the team – they know our problems and are working on optimizing the car's performance.

The next race will be in Suzuka – it's one of my favorite tracks with many fast corners. The team has a rich history of success at this circuit, and I always look forward to the trip to Japan. It's nice to spend some time in Tokyo before heading to Suzuka."

Isaac Hajar: "I love coming to Japan, I enjoy the culture of this country. I've been in Tokyo for a few days, getting to know the city – it's very interesting.

Suzuka is my favorite track on the calendar, a true driver's track. Competing there in a car built to the new regulations will be especially exciting, and I can't wait to test myself.

This is our last race weekend until early May, we will continue to study the car and try to make the most of the time before the break."
