No fractures were found in Oliver Berman.

On the 22nd lap of the Japanese Grand Prix, Oliver Berman was involved in a very serious accident when the Alpine of Franco Colapinto unexpectedly slowed down in front of him. The British Haas driver had to swerve to avoid it, but one of his car's wheels caught the grass at high speed, causing the car to skid at the entrance to the Spoon corner and throw it off the track. This was followed by a crash into the barrier, where a peak overload of 50g was recorded!

“Olli's car caught the grass, then it skidded, and he lost control of it – that’s all. The accident was very dangerous! And now Berman has been taken to the medical center at the track,” commented Ayo Komatsu, head of Haas F1, immediately after the incident.

After a while, the team reported that initial examinations confirmed that Oliver had no fractures. Although the situation is concerning, it is still good news, as when the driver emerged from the cockpit of the wrecked car, it was evident that he was limping heavily and having difficulty standing.

In any case, we wish Oliver a speedy recovery and a return to action!
