Team Leaders Salary Ranking
The publication BusinessBookGP has released the salaries of Formula 1 team leaders for 2026. According to sources, the highest salary this season belongs to Aston Martin team leader Adrian Newey. Newey's salary exceeds that of most drivers and amounts to an astronomical 37 million euros per year for this position. In second place in the salary ranking is McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown, who is responsible not only for the Formula 1 team but also for IndyCar. Toto Wolff, Frederic Vasseur, and Mattia Binotto each earn 8 million euros. Closing the ranking is Alpine team managing director Steve Nielsen with 800 thousand euros.
