The Hamilton Fund has announced a new cohort of scholars.

Mission 44, Lewis Hamilton's foundation, has announced another round of candidates for a scholarship that allows students to study at universities specifically in fields that are in demand in the motorsport industry.

On his pages on business information portals, the seven-time world champion stated:

"I have been working in Formula 1 for 20 years and from my own experience, I know how important it is to present oneself correctly in our sport, and the challenges anyone trying to enter it may face.

There are many talented people, unlike the opportunities, and if the situation does not change, we risk losing several generations that could shape the future of motorsport. That’s why my team at Mission 44 established a scholarship program in motorsport.

In collaboration with the Royal Academy of Engineering, we support talented students from underrepresented backgrounds and give them the opportunity to obtain a master's degree by providing the necessary financial assistance. This program has been very successful, and several students from previous cohorts have already started their careers in Formula 1.

Another round of applications is starting, the application process is already open, and the number of scholarships is greater than ever before, with an expanded list of requirements for applicants. Applications can be submitted until May 6.

Regardless of whether this scholarship is suitable for you or not, I advise everyone starting a new stage in their career to seek out various opportunities everywhere. Keep believing in your dream and move forward."
