In the U.S. alone, the company reported nearly 2.52 million vehicles sold across Toyota and Lexus brands, marking a 7.7% rise compared to the previous period. However, results for March highlighted the current challenges faced by manufacturers, as global sales dipped by 6% year-on-year.

📜 A proposed bill in California would stop the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles from collecting excess fees from auctioned vehicles without informing the previous owners and providing instructions on how to claim the money they are entitled to, as reported by CalMatters.
