Silverstone is ready to host two Grands Prix this year.
Silverstone's managing director Stuart Pringle stated that the British circuit is ready to host a second race this year to help Formula 1 compensate for the cancellation of events in the Middle East.
Stuart Pringle: "During the Covid-19 pandemic, we helped Formula 1 and hosted two events, and now we have made such an offer again. If it helps, we are ready to host two races.
Formula 1 has heard our proposal; they know that we are ready and can act quickly if asked. I am proud that we have no free slots in the event schedule at the circuit, but in a crisis situation, everything can be moved."
