      "In accordance with Article B1.5.11 of the Formula 1 Regulations, the FIA publishes a rain warning as the official meteorological service has provided a forecast indicating that the probability of precipitation at any time during these events will exceed 40%," the statement said.

      The official rain warning allows teams to make certain adjustments in the parc fermé conditions, change ride height, and adjust aerodynamic settings in agreement with the FIA.

      The possibility of moving the race to an earlier time will be discussed after qualifying.
