Leclerc: Ferrari is preparing a few more updates.

      At the Miami Grand Prix, Ferrari brought an updated car, but the race on the city circuit became the team's worst of the season in terms of points earned. After the finish, Charles Leclerc stated that this is not related to the insufficient effectiveness of the new parts and added that engineers are preparing several more updates for the upcoming races.

      Charles Leclerc: "Our new parts are working, but other teams also brought updates and, probably, theirs turned out to be a bit better. Soon we will have more new parts, and I hope they will allow us to return to the fight in the front rows.

      With the new generation of cars, especially in the first year, everything depends on the speed of modernization. We must ensure that we are doing everything perfectly in this regard."

      The Monegasque added that the team still needs to figure out why the car's speed in the Sunday race in Miami was lower than in the sprint: "On the Medium tires, we were not particularly fast because this compound degraded significantly. On Hard tires in the early laps, everything was also not very good, but then the tires started to work better.

      However, it is obvious that we lost speed compared to the sprint. We need to figure this out because I want to understand what it is related to.

      I don't think that the loss of speed during the race can be considered a pattern. But let's wait for a few more races and see if that's the case."
