Rumors about Bottas's imminent dismissal have been debunked.
Recently, the Sky Italia channel spread information that the management of Cadillac is dissatisfied with Valtteri Bottas's performances, and the Finn may lose his place in the team during the current season. However, these rumors have now been denied.
The publication PlanetF1, citing sources within the American team, reports that the information about the imminent dismissal of the Finnish driver is far from the truth. Moreover, Valtteri's knowledge and experience are one of the factors contributing to Cadillac's decent debut in Formula 1.
Additionally, the team's reserve driver Colton Herta will not be able to replace Bottas, as he does not have the necessary FIA super license. Furthermore, Valtteri's contract includes the possibility of automatic extension until 2027.
