🤑 Dodge has announced details and pricing for the 2027 Charger lineup, with a noteworthy $12,500 increase for the Daytona electric model, despite minimal changes apart from the introduction of a NACS charging port. The previous year's Daytona coupe had a starting price of $59,995 prior to destination fees, which will now rise to $72,495. [Stellantis]
🔧 Ford has released a do-not-drive alert affecting 4,653 vehicles, which includes certain 2021-2026 Bronco Sport SUVs and 2022-2026 Maverick trucks, due to faulty installation or repair of the front lower control arm ball joints, raising the risk of the control arm detaching from the front wheels. Owners can check if their vehicle is affected using the NHTSA website’s VIN lookup tool; those who are can arrange for an inspection at a nearby location or request a tow to a dealer. Ⓜ️ It’s confirmed: The BMW M2 will offer optional all-wheel drive. The M2 with xDrive is set to launch late this summer with a base price of $74,950 before shipping—approximately $6,000 more than the rear-wheel-drive variant—and it will not come with a manual transmission option. [BMW]

🖊️ Ferrari has extended Charles Leclerc’s contract, who is currently in his eighth season with the team. Leclerc ranks second to Michael Schumacher for race starts with Scuderia, totaling 155 to Schumacher’s 180, and he is expected to surpass the seven-time champion next year.
