Arvid Lindblad: We will try to maintain the momentum we have gained.
The Monaco race became the most successful of the season for Racing Bulls – the team earned points with both cars for the first time. Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad are looking to fight for a strong result in Barcelona as well.
Liam Lawson: "The Monaco event was very positive for our team. We showed good pace and achieved a result that was a reward for the work done by all team members. It feels great to know that we are improving, especially before a series of important races.
The Barcelona track allows us to test all aspects of the car's performance, so we have a good opportunity to continue moving forward. Let's see what we can achieve this weekend.
Additionally, it will be especially nice to race in the special livery of VCARB FC, which combines two sports that enjoy immense popularity and support from fans around the world. I am looking forward to getting back on track."
Arvid Lindblad: "The weekend in Monaco was challenging and very intense. After a disappointing qualifying session, we managed to turn the situation around, and thanks to excellent teamwork, we earned important points on Sunday.
Now we are focused on maintaining the momentum we have built before the next round in Barcelona. Compared to Canada and Monaco, the Spanish track is faster and has completely different characteristics, so if we can be competitive here as well, it will give us even more confidence in our abilities.
Moreover, it will be interesting to assess how the car has changed, as Barcelona remains the only track where we have already worked with the car during the preseason tests at the beginning of the year.
I have always enjoyed racing in Barcelona. We have a special weekend ahead not only in terms of racing, as the team has prepared a special livery for the car in honor of the start of the World Cup."
