      On Tuesday in Barcelona, Spain, the first day of testing for Pirelli tire prototypes for the 2027 season concluded, featuring Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Cadillac. The longest distance covered in a day was by Jack Crawford – the American driver completed 146 laps in an Aston Martin with a best time of 1:23.709 seconds. Charles Leclerc completed 134 laps with the best time of the day – 1:16.619 seconds. The Cadillac team ended their track work early due to technical issues with the car. Guanyu Zhou managed to complete 54 laps and recorded a time of 1:21.543 seconds. On Wednesday, Pirelli testing will continue with the participation of two teams. Zhou will return to the wheel for Cadillac, while Charles will be replaced by his younger brother Arthur Leclerc in Ferrari.
