Isaac Hadjar: Max doesn't ask me for advice.
Isaac Hajar spoke about his relationship with his teammate Max Verstappen. The French Red Bull Racing driver assures that the four-time world champion is open to collaboration and does not refuse Isaac when he has questions.
"I can definitely say that Max doesn't ask me for advice, but if I have questions, he answers them," Isaac Hajar said. "If I need some information, he is open and very kind. Max hides nothing because he knows he is a strong driver.
We simply don't have time to be lazy in our team. With every outing on the track, Max drives a lap that you couldn't even imagine. And you think, 'Okay, I need to seriously step up here and here.' To even come close to such a pace, you have to give it your all, which I do every time I go out on the track.
Ideally, I shouldn't repeat mistakes. I am young and this is only my second season in Formula 1. Right now I am making mistakes, but when I have a car that can compete for the title, I won't make them anymore. That's the point.
Right now I am more focused on my own work. I have the opportunity to compare myself with the best drivers on the grid, and that is what I am concentrating on."
