FIA reported a profit for the year 2025.

The FIA has published the financial results for 2025, recording the best performance in the last 10 years.

According to the results of the last financial year, the federation's operating profit amounted to 6.7 million euros, which is 43% higher than the figures for 2024 and represents significant progress compared to 2021, when operating losses of 24 million euros were recorded.

Operating revenue reached 191.7 million euros, which is 75% more compared to the 2021 financial year. The FIA has no debt burden, and 73% of the balance consists of cash and cash equivalents.

The FIA attributes the improvement in performance to the ongoing restructuring of the federation's economy under the leadership of President Mohammed Ben Sulayem. Key factors include strengthening the commercial strategy, improving expense control, and stricter financial oversight.

A significant contribution came from the extension of the long-term contract with Formula E Holdings Limited, which generated a one-time income of 20 million euros. Strong commercial results were also noted for the World Rally Championship (WRC) and the World Endurance Championship (WEC).

The FIA's commercial department, established in 2023, launched a global partnership program, resulting in agreements with companies such as DHL, Rolex, Hankook, AlphaTauri, Siemens, and Tomorrow.io.

The FIA's staff increased by 14% in 2025, reaching a total of 308 permanent employees. The federation also opened its first office in London to strengthen its international presence.

Mohammed Ben Sulayem, President of the FIA: "Today, I proudly note that we continue to fulfill our mission, achieving the best financial results in the last ten years, and significant progress has been made compared to 2021.

Improving governance, transparency, and the financial condition of the FIA was a key point of my election program, and we have transformed the organization into a more sustainable and professional federation.

I will continue to work closely with all stakeholders to promote positive changes in the FIA, ensuring that collaboration with the federation remains valuable for our clubs, racing championships, employees, and the global automotive and motorsport community in the long term."
