      Qualification

      By winning the qualifying session in Silverstone, Kimi Antonelli secured his fifth pole position in his career and this season. The same number of poles in their careers were achieved by Giuseppe Farina, Chris Amon, Clay Regazzoni, Patrick Tambay, and Keke Rosberg.

      Antonelli's pole is the 152nd in the history of the Mercedes team (the nearest benchmark is 177 poles by McLaren) and the 53rd for Italians (the nearest benchmark is 70 poles by Finns).

      Antonelli's pole is the 257th in the history of Mercedes engines, making them the leaders in the overall ranking, ahead of Ferrari (256 poles).

      Charles Leclerc's second place is the second repetition of his best starting position this season. This is Leclerc's 45th start from the front row in his career and the 449th front row for Ferrari.

      Lewis Hamilton finished third in qualifying for the third consecutive time. His result in the main qualifying session (1:28.458) was almost a tenth slower than his result in the sprint qualifying (1:28.376), where he secured pole.

      George Russell qualified fourth, conceding more than three tenths to his teammate – now the score in the Mercedes driver pair is 5:4 in favor of Kimi.

      Qualifying fifth, Isaac Hajar outperformed his Red Bull Racing teammate Max Verstappen for the second time this season.

      For the second consecutive time and the fourth time this season, Lando Norris qualified sixth.

      Seventh place is Max Verstappen's worst starting position in the last six Grands Prix.

      Eighth place is Oscar Piastri's worst result this season.

      Qualifying ninth, Arvid Lindblad repeated his best result of the season for the third time.

      For the first time in his career, Liam Lawson made it to the final qualifying session four times in a row.

      17th place is Esteban Ocon's fourth repetition of his worst result this season.

      For the second time this season, Lance Stroll outqualified Fernando Alonso. For the fourth consecutive qualifying session and the fifth time this season, the Aston Martin drivers occupied the last two positions.

      Race

      By winning the British Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc achieved his ninth career victory. Oscar Piastri and Mark Webber also have nine wins.

      This is Ferrari's 250th victory and the 251st for Ferrari engines.

      Finishing second, George Russell stepped onto the podium in Silverstone for the first time. This is his 29th podium in his career – the same number of podiums as Carlos Sainz. For Mercedes, this is their 350th Grand Prix and 322nd podium.

      Lewis Hamilton finished the race third – this is his 207th podium in his career and 16th in Silverstone. Hamilton leads in the number of podiums at a single track. In second place is himself with 13 podiums in Barcelona.

      Hamilton is the only driver to have completed the entire distance of the past Grands Prix – 559 laps out of 559.

      The weekend in Silverstone turned out to be the most productive this year for Ferrari – taking into account the Saturday sprint, the team earned 51 points.

      Lando Norris finished fourth for the first time this season.

      Isaac Hajar's fifth place is the second repetition of his best result this season. The Frenchman surpassed the 100 career points milestone.

      Liam Lawson's sixth place is the second repetition of his best result this season.

      Arvid Lindblad's seventh place is the second repetition of his best result this season.

      Gabriel Bortoleto's eighth place is his best result of the season.

      Finishing ninth after starting from 19th place, Franco Colapinto gained the most positions during the race – ten.

      His teammate Pierre Gasly finished tenth – the Alpine team scored points with both cars for the third time this season.

      Oscar Piastri's 11th place is the second repetition of his worst result this season.

      Oliver Berman did not score points for 12th place, but this was the 30th race in which he finished.

      15th place did not earn Kimi Antonelli any points, but this was the 10th race in which he led.

      20th place is Max Verstappen's worst result in his career.
