We are reinforcing our high-performance organization with outstanding individuals across all sectors of the business, and Gwen is a crucial addition to that journey. Together, we will build upon a very strong foundation while further evolving the programme for the future."

Gwen Lagrue stated: "Joining Oracle Red Bull Racing marks the start of an exciting new chapter for me. After eleven fantastic years at Mercedes, I believe this is the right time to embrace a new challenge and continue my personal and professional growth.

The Red Bull Junior Programme is among the most esteemed and successful driver development initiatives in motorsport. It has produced some of the most remarkable talents in F1 history, and I am truly honored to have the chance to lead such a gifted team and help shape its next phase. I look forward to collaborating closely with Laurent and the entire Team, and I am very grateful for this opportunity.

Together, we have an excellent framework to build upon the programme's outstanding legacy, continue its evolution for the future, and identify, develop, and prepare the next generation of F1 race winners and World Champions, following a pattern that Oracle Red Bull Racing has successfully implemented over the past 20 years."
